DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL COMIC AS A BIOLOGY LEARNING MEDIA

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of digital comic-based learning media examine its effect on student’s outcome in cell material. Learning was developed according 4D development model Thiagarajan which consisted four stages, namely define, design, disseminate. Media validated by contentl expert, expert. The suggestion from biology teacher students class XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri Percut Sei Tuan were asked. data obtained through validation instruments, questionnaires, cognitive test. Data analyzed qualitatively quantitatively. result showed that comic considered very feasible material expert (94,38%), (89,34%), (96,00%). Comic too both teachers (93.22%) (92.38%). results paired sample t-test pre-test post-test score 0.00 > 0.05 indicate is bigger than score. had increased significantly after using media.
